Celebrating UW Medicine Champions. The feature, “Spurred to Succeed,” shares the story of a rodeo-rider-turned-medical-student in beautiful Montana. You can see the sense of place (Pioneer Square, Seattle) in the story of patient-care advocates featured in “In Their Shoes.” Finally, in “Making an Evolving Protein,” the title itself evolves. Art directing the imagery allowed the cover to cover design to communicate the strength, caring and hope in this issue.
